Formed in 1964, the St. Patrick's Scholarship Committee had the singular goal of providing a four-year college scholarship to a high school senior from the Greater Bridgeport region.

The current scholarship award provides $6000 each year for four years of college totaling $24,000. 

Historically, the main fundraising event is an annual black-tie dinner with comedic entertainment held on the Monday before St Patrick's Day. We are continuing this tradition, even though the last two years went virtual, we will be returning to a black-tie dinner in 2023.
